Description: This innovative frog dust-bin shall be designed for accommodating dry as well as wet kind of trash in the garden or public places. The frog shall be made in pure FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) of 2 mm thick with MAT finish to give it a mirror image and it shall be corrosion resistance. This attractive frog shape attracts children towards it because of its eyes, hands, legs. As the children have habit of throwing the trash on the road or in the park, which creates an unhealthy and aesthetically unpleasant social environment. This encourages children to avoid littering. The trash is to be put through the mouth of the frog.
Powder Coating: The Equipment shall first be coated with using Akzonobel /Berger /Prime make or its equivalent primer powder coating of at least 30-40 microns followed by Polyester Powder Coating of at least 30-50 microns thickness using Akzonobel /Berger /Prime make or equivalent. Powder coating colour is TGTC & Lead free & passes the 1000-hour salt spray test & MEK solvent resistance rub test – ASTM D5402.
